I've had several comments wondering if we had one, so I may as well go ahead and post it up, eh? Please only claim a celebrity you plan to use for sigs/avvies and remember that you may lose your claim if you're inactive for awhile and someone wants that celeb

Cedric dont make unnecessary comments like that. And it is to prevent people from taking the same celebrities we have in our siggys and avvies.

I'm very well aware of that, but it's not needed imo. I think it's childish "ohh i call this person"
your character should look how you invision it. hell if someone wants to look similar to choi siwon they can. i don't own a person, or have a claim to them.
